The track is E Phrygian Dominant (or A harmonic minor) for the most part. However, you could use E phrygian, or E mixolydian b6 for a brighter sound. Basically, A minor, A harmonic minor, and A melodic minor all fit the sound (Along with all their respective modes). Just resolve it to E instead of A.
